Dr. Amy Fugate, Vice President for Academic Affairs at MCC, was one of 24 college administrators honored with the 2017 Distinguished College Administrator Award by Phi Theta Kappa. The Distinguished College Administrator Award is given to college vice presidents, deans or directors who have demonstrated a strong level of support for Phi Theta Kappa during their tenure.
“I am truly honored to have been nominated and selected for this award. It is a privilege for me to work with and support the students and advisors for PTK,” said Fugate. “Through their commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and service, these students are building a strong foundation for a successful future. I am especially proud of the work they have completed to be recognized as a 5-Star chapter,” she added.
